By ordering from CholasX, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please review them carefully before placing an order.
Thank you for shopping with CholasX. We understand that sometimes you may need to return a product or cancel an order. Please review the guidelines below to ensure a smooth process.
Returns Process
If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:
Initiate Your Return: Email us at service@cholasx.co.uk with your order number, the reason for the return, and whether you prefer to return the item to the nearest depot or schedule a collection by us.
Prepare Your Package: Securely pack the items using bubble wrap or other protective materials. Do not use the original product box as external packaging. Any damage during return transit may result in deductions from your refund.
Return Address Details: The return address will vary depending on your delivery location within the UK. We will provide the appropriate return address once we receive your return request and order details.
Return Conditions and Fees
4. Restocking Fees: For non-faulty or undamaged goods, a restocking fee will apply, calculated case-by-case. If CholasX collects the items, a collection fee may also be charged.
5. Damaged Goods: If items arrive damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing service@cholasx.co.uk. Failing to report damages within this timeframe may affect your eligibility for a replacement.
6. Non-Returnable Items: Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned unless faulty. Special-order items and products shipped directly from manufacturers are non-returnable unless defective.
7. Incorrect Orders: If you mistakenly order an item, you will be responsible for both delivery and return shipping costs.
Cancellations and Refunds
8. Right to Cancel: You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods. Notify us via email with your order details, ensuring items are unused and in their original packaging.
9. Post-Dispatch Cancellations: If you cancel after dispatch, you may incur delivery and return fees even if the order was not delivered.
10. Cancellation Fees: Orders canceled more than 2 hours after placement may be subject to a cancellation fee due to our fast processing times.
Refund Policy
11. Eligibility: Full refunds are provided for incorrect, faulty, or damaged goods, or if items are returned unused within 14 days.
12. Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 7 working days of approval. It may take an additional 5 working days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.

Important Notes
14. We recommend using a tracked delivery service when returning items, as CholasX is not responsible for items lost in transit.
