CholasX Delivery Policy
At CholasX, we offer fast, reliable, and eco-friendly delivery across mainland UK for wall panels, flooring, insulation boards, and decorative products. Please review this policy before ordering to understand delivery, cancellations, returns, and collection options.
Delivery Windows
Deliveries occur Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Orders placed before 10:00 AM weekdays typically dispatch in 1–3 days and arrive in 2–4 days, subject to stock. Do not book tradespeople until goods arrive—CholasX is not liable for delay-related costs.
Next Day Delivery (Acoustic Wall Panels Only)
Select at checkout for next working day arrival (mainland UK only, excluding remote areas, London, Scotland, and Northern Ireland). Includes free returns if unsatisfied. Orders before 10:00 AM qualify, though delays may occur—confirm receipt before planning work. Email service@cholasx.co.uk for other products.
Receiving Deliveries
Someone must inspect and accept deliveries. Check items before signing; report damage within 48 hours via 020 4634 6050 or service@cholasx.co.uk with photos. Signed “unchecked” deliveries are deemed accepted; risk transfers upon handover. Large items may be kerbside only.

Restricted Access & Multiple Shipments
Notify us pre-order for limited access (e.g., narrow lanes, low bridges). We may refuse undisclosed restrictions. Orders may split across shipments with tracking notifications.
Delivery Charges
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on product, location, and order value.
Free delivery applies to:
- Building materials (insulation, plasterboard, acoustic wall panels, etc.) for orders over £400
(Same category items like wall panels + adhesive + PVC panels = combined for free shipping)
Delivery fees apply to:
Orders under £400: £50 for most building materials, £25 for standard acoustic wall panels
Large/heavy goods or remote areas (Wales, Scotland, Central London)
Different categories (wall panels + insulation) = separate delivery fees each
No delivery to Northern Ireland.

Cancellations
Email service@cholasx.co.uk immediately. Possible pre-dispatch; post-24 hours or dispatched orders incur fees. Custom items non-cancellable once started.
Returns & Refunds
Notify within 14 days of delivery.
Unopened, resaleable condition required.
Pre-approval needed; restocking fees for insulation/plasterboards.
Faulty items: Report in 48 hours with photos for replacement/refund.
Non-returnable: Opened/used (unless faulty), custom, perishable.
Refunds in 5–7 days post-inspection; you cover return shipping unless faulty.
- A 15% restocking fee applies to returns of insulation materials (not acoustic wall panels) and drywall.

We prioritise local suppliers to cut emissions and waste while ensuring prompt delivery.
