Where Can I See the Delivery Charges Before Placing an Order?
After selecting your products, click on the cart and enter your postcode details. Once the cart is updated, the delivery cost will be displayed, allowing you to review it before completing your purchase.

How Can I Track My Order?
After placing your order, you'll receive an email with your order number and details. We'll keep you updated on your order status by email.
What Happens If an Item Is Out of Stock?
If you place an order for items that are out of stock in your area, we can usually get them quickly and dispatch your order as soon as they’re available.
Can I amend my order?
If you need to make changes to your order, please email us as soon as possible with your order details. If your order hasn’t been fully processed by our internal team, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. However, since we process orders quickly, there may be instances where amendments are not possible due to our internal procedures.
Can I Return My Order After Delivery (Partially or Fully)?
Yes, you can return your order—fully or partially—as long as items remain in original packaging. A 15% restocking fee applies to most products, mainly building materials like plasterboard and insulation that require large lorries. This fee does not apply to acoustic or PVC wall panels.
What Is My Cooling-Off Period?
You are entitled to a 14 day cooling-off period, starting the day after you receive your order. During this period, you can cancel your order for any reason. Once you cancel, we will arrange the return of the items and process your refund within 30 days.
If you choose to return goods that are not faulty or damaged, please note that you will be responsible for any return shipping costs. We're always happy to assist you with the return process to make it as smooth as possible.
