DELIVERY

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to all UK mainland addresses, subject to accessibility. Our standard delivery service is kerbside, meaning your items will be unloaded at the closest accessible point to your property. Please make sure there’s enough space for the lorry to park safely and unload the goods without any obstructions.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Currently, we deliver to mainland UK only.

How Much Does Delivery Cost?

For standard orders, delivery costs are as follows: £50 (ex VAT) for orders under £300 (ex VAT) £25 (ex VAT) for orders between £300 and £500 (ex VAT) FREE delivery on orders over £500 (ex VAT). Please note that special order delivery charges may apply to select products, and these are not included in the free delivery offer for orders over £500.

Where Can I See the Delivery Charges Before Placing an Order?

After selecting your products, click on the cart and enter your postcode details. Once the cart is updated, the delivery cost will be displayed, allowing you to review it before completing your purchase.

How Can I Track My Order?

To check the status of your order, simply log in to your account, where you’ll find updates on its progress and expected delivery. Additionally, you’ll usually receive an email with an estimated delivery date within 24-48 hours during regular business hours.

What Happens If an Item Is Out of Stock?

If you place an order for items that are out of stock in your area, we can usually get them quickly and dispatch your order as soon as they’re available.

Can I amend my order?

If you need to make changes to your order, please email us as soon as possible with your order details. If your order hasn’t been fully processed by our internal team, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. However, since we process orders quickly, there may be instances where amendments are not possible due to our internal procedures.

Can I Return My Order After Delivery (Partially or Fully)?

Yes, you can return your order, whether partially or fully, as long as the materials are in their original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, which is typically 30% of the product’s value. If you choose to return goods that are not faulty or damaged, please note that you will be responsible for any return shipping costs. Before returning any items, please contact us first so we can review our supplier's return conditions and provide you with the correct information and guidance.

What Is My Cooling-Off Period?

You are entitled to a 7-working day cooling-off period, starting the day after you receive your order. During this period, you can cancel your order for any reason. Once you cancel, we will arrange the return of the items and process your refund within 30 days. If you choose to return goods that are not faulty or damaged, please note that you will be responsible for any return shipping costs.
